You can choose to ship your order by USPS, UPS or FedEx. We encourage you to select ground shipping due to the lower environmental impact over air shipments, however expedited shipping is available.
We are currently shipping in the United States, its territories and APO/FPO addresses.
We do offer First Class option for USPS shipping but the order cannot exceed 13 ounces. Also there is NO tracking for First Class and we cannot guarantee delivery.
We do not provide signature verification on any orders unless specifically requested. You are responsible for your order once it has been delivered. Please provide a secure shipping address to ensure your order does not get lost or stolen.
We offer Free Shipping for all ground shipping orders over $75 that weigh less than 20 pounds. Example: An order weighing 55 pounds would generally total around $750. Shipping would cost around $75, our flat rate is $35. See the chart below for flat rates on orders weighing up to 700 lb's. ( It applies to USPS First Class or Priority only in the Continental US. Free shipping does NOT apply to Alaska or Hawaii.
We want to award our customers who are spending $1000 or more per order but we are unable to offer free shipping. We've recently lost money on orders of this size due to shipping costs. We are however offering flat rates 10% to 40% off total shipping costs. Please refer to the chart in bold below. Thank you for your understanding!
Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and may require extra time to ship. In general, you can expect your order in 3 to 10 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding post office holidays). The exact time frames will vary depending upon your location, the location the products are shipping from and the shipping option you choose. We make every effort to ship all orders received prior to 2 PM EST the same day.
Your individual order may originate from multiple locations and be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number for each shipment.
We work hard to keep items in stock but from time to time products go on back order. If that happens, we will notify you and you can either wait for the item to arrive, substitute it with another item or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Some bulky items may have additional shipping costs. Any additional costs will be included as a handling cost and noted on the product detail page for that item. You will see the charge when you add it to your shopping cart and before you pay for the item.

Shipping costs depend upon the weight of your shipment, the method of shipping and the address for delivery. Once you place the items in your shopping cart, just enter your address and select your shipment method accordingly.
If a package is refused by the recipient or can't be delivered because of a faulty address, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs associated with the unsuccessful delivery.
Ground shipping is generally the least costly method for most shipments.
Flat Rate Shipping Pricing
We try to make it easy for you to purchase a variety of high quality, environmental-friendly products. We do all of the research and only sell products that meet our green product standards. We want you to be happy with what you purchase from us.
If you are not happy with your purchase just return it within 30 days of receiving the product for a refund, replacement or exchange. If we have made an error with your shipment, we will pay for returns or additional shipments to make the order right. However, if you decided to return a product, you are responsible for the shipping expense to make the return.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition (new, unopened, untampered with, not past its expiration date and still in their original packaging). We cannot accept returns of opened items.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10 - 20 % restocking fee. It is very labor intensive to open up returns and fully inspect to verify the product is in resalable condition. We don't charge customers a restocking fee to make money. We charge for the labor and materials associated with all of the handling, inspection, repacking and restocking associated with receiving a return in its original resalable condition and getting it back to our warehouse shelves.
If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund or store credit for your returned merchandise instead.
