You can choose to ship your order by United Stated Postal Service (USPS) of FedEx.  We encourage you to select ground shipping due to the lower environmental impact over air shipments, however expedited shipping is available.

We do offer First Class option for USPS shipping but the order cannot exceed 13 ounces.  Also tracking for First Class is not as good as the other services and we cannot guarantee delivery.

We are currently shipping in the United States, it’s territories, APO/FPO addresses and Canada.

We offer Free Shipping on many of our individual items and Free Shipping for all orders over $75
- Applies to USPS First Class or Priority, and FedEx Ground shipping services only in the Continental US only
- Does NOT apply to Alaska and Hawaii or Canada.

Products that are in stock in the BuyGreen warehouse ship within one to two business days. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and may require extra time to ship. In general, you can expect your order in 2 to 10 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding post office holidays).  The exact time frames will vary depending upon your location, the location the products are shipping from, and the shipping option you choose.

We make every effort to keep items in stock but from time to time, products go on back order. If that happens, we will notify you and you can either wait for item to arrive, substitute another item, or cancel your order and receive a refund for the item on back order.

Some bulky items may have additional shipping costs.  Any additional costs will be included as a handling cost and noted on the product detail page for that item.

For Canadian, shipments, our shipping rates include transportation and customs clearance, but do not include any import duties or taxes.  Duties, taxes, and fees (if any) are the recipient's responsibility and are due upon delivery. If a package is refused by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge your card for all costs associated with the unsuccessful delivery.

Shipping costs depend upon the weight of your shipment, the method of shipping and the address for delivery.

Once you place the items in your shopping cart, just enter your zip code in the box underneath the words “estimate shipping & tax”. Then click on “estimate shipping” to view the shipping charges via USPS or FedEx for your order and select your shipment method accordingly.

Ground shipping is generally the least costly method for most shipments.

We also purchase carbon offsets for every shipment, making your purchase from BuyGreen carbon-neutral.

We try to make it easy for you to purchase a variety of high quality, environmentally-friendly products. We do all of the research and only sell products that meet our green standards. We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, just return them within 366 days for a full refund or exchange. We will pay for the shipping to make the return. Please contact us for a return label.
