Shipping Policy
|
You can choose to ship your order by UPS or United Stated Postal Service (USPS). We encourage you to select ground shipping due to the lower environmental impact over air shipments, however expedited shipping is available.
We are currently shipping in the United States, it’s territories, APO/FPO addresses and Canada.
Products that are in stock in the BuyGreen warehouse ship within one to two business days. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and may require extra time to ship. In general, you can expect your order in 2 to 10 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding post office holidays). The exact time frames will vary depending upon your location, the location the products are shipping from, and the shipping option you choose.

| Your individual order may originate from multiple locations and be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number for each shipment.
We make every effort to keep items in stock but from time to time, products go on back order. If that happens, we will notify you and you can either wait for item to arrive, substitute another item, or cancel your order and receive a refund for the item on back order.
Some bulky items may have additional shipping costs. Any additional costs will be included as a handling cost and noted on the product detail page for that item.
For Canadian, shipments, our shipping rates include transportation and customs clearance, but do not include any import duties or taxes. Duties, taxes, and fees (if any) are the recipient's responsibility and are due upon delivery. If a package is refused by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge your card for all costs associated with the unsuccessful delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend upon the weight of your shipment, the method of shipping and the address for delivery.
Once you place the items in your shopping cart, just enter your zip code in the box underneath the words “estimate shipping & tax”. Then click on “estimate shipping” to view the shipping charges via UPS or USPS for your order and select your shipment method accordingly.
Ground shipping is generally the least costly method for most shipments.

Heavy Shipments
For 70 lbs to 150 lbs we offer UPS and Flat Rate Shipping options
Shipments of 150 lbs and more will get Flat Rate Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping is $20.00 plus .50¢ for every additional pound over 70 lbs.

Our Packaging
|
|
|
We reuse boxes and packaging material in good condition. Our packaging may not always look perfect, but we take care so that your items arrive in good condition. We collect boxes and packaging materials from local businesses, friends, and neighbors, and keep useable boxes and materials out of the landfill. So if your box you have just received has the name of a company you didn't order anything from, look carefully at the shipping label and odds are it is your order from us!

Return Policy
|
|
We try to make it easy for you to purchase a variety of high quality, environmentally-friendly products. We do all of the research and only sell products that meet our green standards.
We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, just return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. If you received the wrong product or an item is defective, we will refund the original shipping cost and pay to have it returned to us.

Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee - this is generally applied to products that require customization.
