Second Life Paper is committed to reducing paper waste & new paper consumption by reusing partially used paper to create notepad products.  Our notepads are made of 100% partially used paper with one side or less with print, reclaimed from local business partners.  Manufacturing our notepads by capturing paper prior to recycling delays environmental impacts of recycling and reduces demand for new paper, while still being a product that can be recycled.

Our process begins by collecting discarded, non-confidential, one-sided printer/copy paper from local business partners that we have asked to provide their offices' or schools' 8.5" x 11" paper that would otherwise be recycled.  The paper is sorted, stacked, glued, and cut to appropriate specifications of our products.  Any remaining paper from production is either recycled or shredded and donated to the humane society as animal bedding.  Our process creates a supportive and sustainable business community and our products are an environmentally sustainable, cost-conscious, and practical alternative to notepads made with new paper.
